Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes. Please contact us in advance. There will be no cancellation fee.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX)
  • Mobile payments (PayPay, WeChat Pay, Alipay, and other QR-code payments)
  • Cash (Japanese yen)

All payments are made in-store.

 I don’t speak English. Can we still communicate?

Yes. In addition to Chinese, Japanese, and English, we can use a translation device/app to provide real-time support in other languages.

 What is an electric-assist bicycle? Do I need a Japanese driver’s license?

No license is required for an electric-assist bicycle. The motor provides assistance only while you are pedaling, making hills, longer rides, or riding with a child seat much easier and more comfortable. Please note that it does not accelerate automatically. If the battery runs out, you can still ride it like a normal bicycle. Depending on the model, assist mode, and road conditions, the range per charge is approximately 20–60 km, which is usually enough for a full day of sightseeing.

 Does “1-day reservation” mean 24 hours?

No. A 1-day rental is from the earliest 8:30 to 22:00. Staff support is available until 18:00.

 Do you offer discounts for renting for a week?

Yes. We offer discounts for consecutive rentals:

  • 3 days: 15% off
  • 7 days: 20% off
  • 1 month: 30% off

For longer rentals, please contact us directly.

 What should I do if the bike breaks down during the ride?

If you have a flat tire, the chain comes off, or any other issue, please stop riding to avoid further damage and contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the situation, we will arrange a replacement bike or guide you to the nearest repair shop.
Please keep the receipt, and we will reimburse you up to ¥1,000.

 What if my bike is missing or has been towed?

If your bike is gone, it may have been removed due to illegal parking. In that case, there is usually a towing notice left on the ground where you parked. Please contact us first, and our staff will guide you on how to retrieve the bike.
If the bike has been stolen, please contact us immediately and report it to the nearest police station.

 I live far from the shop. Can you deliver the bike to my place?

Please contact us before booking. We will let you know whether delivery is possible depending on the situation.

 What should I do if an accident happens while riding? my place?

Our bicycles include accident injury insurance. If an accident occurs, please first check your condition, call the police, and decide whether you need to go to a hospital. Then contact us so we can assist you further.
