Reservation

You can reserve a bicycle in one of the following ways:
1.Use the online reservation system on our official website


2.Add us on social media and send us a message to make a reservation

Order Confirmation

After you select your bike type and dates, we will first check availability for that day and then reply to confirm whether your reservation is successful.

Pick-up at the Shop

Once you receive a “Reservation Confirmed” notice, please come to the shop at your reserved time to pick up your bike.
To verify your information, please show your reservation details (reservation number or the name used for the booking, etc.).

Please also bring one valid ID for registration:

  • Passport
  • Japanese driver’s license
  • My Number Card (マイナンバーカード)
  • Residence Card (在留カード)

Check the Bike Condition

Our professional mechanics regularly maintain all bicycles. However, before departure, please:
Do a quick safety check (brakes, tires, etc.)
Listen to the staff’s explanation of the bike’s functions
If you need help adjusting the saddle height or other settings, feel free to ask—our staff will help set it up for you.

Enjoy Your Ride

After the procedure is completed, you can start your Kyoto cycling journey.
Please be sure to follow Japan’s traffic rules. We provide a booklet on Japanese cycling/traffic rules, and we recommend reading it carefully before you ride.

If the bicycle breaks down during your trip, please contact our staff immediately. We will do our best to assist you.

Return the Bike

If you return to the shop before 18:00, our staff will help you complete the return procedure.
If you cannot return by 18:00, please contact us either before departure or by 16:00 on the same day. We will explain how to return the bike via our unattended self-return method.

Please make sure to return the bike by 22:00 on the same day.
If you need to return the bike the next morning, an extension fee will apply. Please ask our staff for details.
