This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for bicycle rental reservations.
1.Cancellation by Customer
Customers may cancel their reservation under the following conditions:
- Cancellation 24 hours or more before rental time: Full refund
- Cancellation within 24 hours of rental time: 50% cancellation fee
- No-show (failure to arrive without notice): No refund
2.Same-Day Cancellation
Same-day cancellations are generally non-refundable.
3.Shop Cancellation
If Sakura Bicycle Rental cancels a reservation due to severe weather, mechanical problems, or operational issues, a full refund will be issued.
4.Weather Policy
Light rain does not qualify for automatic cancellation or refund. In case of severe weather conditions, rescheduling may be allowed depending on availability.
5.Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
6.Reservation Changes
Reservation date or time changes may be possible depending on availability.
